An anime-style infographic on aged parchment illustrates systems thinking through a complex network of interconnected wooden gears. Four colored bubbles labeled OBSERVE, CONNECT, REFLECT, and MODEL surround a central glowing lightbulb icon, with red arrows indicating a continuous, cyclical workflow. Four chibi characters in school uniforms appear at the corners, pondering the system with inquisitive expressions. The warm watercolor aesthetic and soft tones create an inviting, educational atmosphere for understanding complex problem-solving.
